As you can see now Rollin has taken some planking off the bottom of White#1. He is going to replace a couple rows either side of center, then start bending and replacing ribs. I have done just the opposite. I have replaced 20 ribs so far in the square stern. I am going to bend on 11 more and replace them tomorrow. Then I will replace planking as needed. The canoe in the middle,White#2, has had some tacks pulled on some of the ribs to be replaced. We need to make and bend many ribs for these two canoes, not to mention all the planking that will be needed.
